    Internet browser search choice

    anyway to get Google instead of bing when you open browser? i really dont like using bing.. rather use google.. it only gives me bing option.. anyone know how i get get the google browser instead of bing?

    If you have verizon, I beleive you are forced to use Bing.

    Hey GQ Man I hate Bing so I use Google Quick Search. Its free and in App World. I use it instead of Bing.

    I'm on Verizon (Storm 9530/.419/.497 hybrid OS, and have never lost my choice of search engines. I still have Google, Live Search (Bing), Wikipedia, and Dictionary.com as my choices. When did everyone lose GOOGLE ad an option?

    Quite a while ago. I don't have the exact date, but it was before Christmas if I'm not mistaken.

    Seems like forever ago that folks were upset about the Bing push and changes, but mine has always been Google and yes I'm with the ever greedy Big Red. I've loaded leaked O/S several times since Bing entered the scene, but my browser search has always remained as Google. Bing did get pushed to my phone, even tried it once, but Google remains. Guess the network gods are smiling down on me!
