    I'm having difficulties as well for finding a language package that contains the swedish dialect however if you are looking for and accents then this can be accomplished by hovering you finger over the corresponding letters on the touch screen.

    Ok, you checked, that it is not in your package (so not only non selected, but your are missing the files).

    What you could try is find a former OS 5 that has Swedish support and "copy" the files to your berry, I think, the following cods are those required:
    CAPS = specific for your language or device, so XX should be replaced by se (I think), so check for SE or Swedish in the cod names

    net_rim_bb_crypto_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_diagnostic_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_elt_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_gmail_help_XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_gmail_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_help_YOURDEVICE__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_lbs_api_3_resources__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_lbs_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_ldap_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_passwordkeeper_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_qm_aim_resource_XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_qm_google_resource_XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_qm_icq_resource_XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_qm_msn_resource_XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_qm_peer_resource_XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_qm_yahoo_resource_XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_vvm_help_114__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_vvm_help__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_vvm_resource_114__XX.cod
    net_rim_bb_vvm_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_bbapi_pim_res__XX.cod
    net_rim_bis_client__XX.cod
    net_rim_crypto_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_errortranslator_YOURCARRIER_resource__XX.c od
    net_rim_platform_im_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_platform_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_platformapps_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_runtime_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_secureemail_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_tid_dynamic_ling_data_XXXXXXX_45k_2.cod
    net_rim_tid_dynamic_ling_data_XXXXXXXX.cod
    net_rim_tid_dynamic_transcoding_data_XXXX.cod
    net_rim_tid_dynamic_transcoding_data_XXXX.cod
    net_rim_vad_engine_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_vad_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_wlan_bb_resource__XX.cod
    net_rim_wlan_runtime_resource__XX.cod
    SheetToGo47Resource__XX.cod
    SlideshowToGo47Resource__XX.cod
    WordToGo47Resource__XX.cod
    DocsToGoCommon47Resource__XX.cod

    If you find these, put them into a folder of your PC and you could then create an alx for DL with a text editor:

    <loader version="1.0">
    <application id="Swedish">
    <name>Swedish</name>
    <description>Swedish</description>
    <version>1.0</version>
    <vendor>RIM</vendor>
    <fileset Java="1.0">
    <directory>Java</directory>
    <files>
    put a list of all the appropriate files in here, just as listed above
    </files>
    </fileset>
    </application>
    </loader>

    and save e.g. as swedish.alx in the folder, where these cods reside, now you should be ready for DL application install.

    Worked for me with a former OS leak for the storm, where my language was missing - but this is of course no guarantee that it will work for your device with a different OS version as well - so if you want to try: please backup everything including 3rd party apps as well!

    So first part 1 and 2 of this applies:and just in case everything fails afterwards:

    When the OS is installed on your PC, you will find a folder
    program files\common files\Research in Motion\Shared\Loader Files\.....version...\java

    here are all the cods of a specific OS
