I have thought long and hard about getting a form fitting case or skin for my Storm 2 and I just cant bring myself to do it. I appreciate the feel and the weight of the device just to much. I also have worn my original Storm 1 leather belt holster to the point that I can get my Storm 2 out as fast as any old west gunfighter.
I like the case for the Nextel 8350 because you can use a skin or a hard case on the S2 just can't bring myself to do it.
Anyone else prefer their Storm 2 commando?
I do for now eyeing otterbox commuter though. doesn't add much bulk to the phone

^^ I bought the commuter but didn't like it. Sold it go a buddy of mine at work. It doesn't at much bulk, but the "much" is the key word.

Yea but my problem with the ones that add less bulk is they usually pop off easy and don't offer as much protection. But in my line of work the defender is just way way to much lol. I am clumsy but not that bad. Plus I am going to order the innocase holster and are if it fits in there with that on which would make it perfect.

I got my storm 1 in March and I still haven't covered it. Every time I go to a Verizon store someone tries to sell me a cover, I tell them my storm is to beautiful to cover. Lol. But I'm serious like you said I like the feel and weight of the phone as is. why get such a nice phone only to cover it with an UGLY cover.
without a case it feels amazing, with my commuter case it feels great so so I can't take the chance of dropping it and breaking it so I stick with the commuter case.
Ive got this case and love it. Not really bulky at all and the hard exterior keeps it from grabbing or being difficult to pull out of my pocket.Quote:
