Thread: Loose battery door on Storm2 9550/9520? Try this.

My battery door was a bit loose so I took a flat head screw driver and on the top tabs put it flat on the tabs and pressed down a bit. Then on the side tabs pushed them slightly toward the center. Now the door is as snug as can be.

**Do this at your own risk, please be careful to not break off a tab, then you door will really be loose**

I put a piece of business card under my battery.....tightened the door up nice.

Was a little difficult to find this via google search but thanks so much, that was really annoying me! Worked like a charm.

dang, my battery door came really tight

This is great, but I just want to mention to be careful, lest you damage the delicate tabs.

Hey man long time no speak. How are you doing!

Anybody else have this problem? My storm2 battery door is "clicking". Mostly when i click the upper right part of the screen, it causes the back bottom left part of my battery door to "pop" or "click". I tried the fix on this thread, but not a permanent fix. It just happened one day after I took the back door off and put it back on..it doesn't seem to be as solid as it once was...
