Thread: Quick launch on S2

I know this is a software related question but since I'm trying to overcome the often-sticky call button on my S2, I figured what the heck, I'll post it here.

Does anyone know how to set a Quick Launch call to dial speed-dial? I figure that rather than hitting the call button to access speed dial, I can just use Quick Launch.

are you asking how to use quicklaunch to call someone? if this is the question, just open quick launch > BB menu button > add item > phone call, then choose the person your want to call. Then next time you want to call that person just open QuickLaunch and use that shortcut.

The person I want to call is my voice mail. I'd thought I needed to use my speed dial 1 but I'll just add a call to dial my cell phone #. Same result. Thanks!
