What programs rely on BB Maps?

I thought I read somewhere that it's not smart to remove BB Maps because certain programs relay on that app to run the gps for the device. Well I removed it before I read that somewhere and now my app world really doesn't work and some other apps were acting up and wondering if BB Maps removal would cause that?

There are a few apps that really heavily on it. I'm not sure what the complete list would be, but one would be most weather apps. I would leave it.

Same here.... I'm not sure how much I lose from BBM without BBMaps.

I had problems with google maps when I removed BB Maps. It kept saying that it was waiting for GPS to become available. It found me within like 1500 feet but that's about as close as it got by triangulation...
