Problem with Storm 2

Got a good one here, I was shutting down Pandora Radio and then the screen went white and it said app error so I took the battery out and put it back in and the only thing that the phone does is the red light coming on for 5 seconds then off for the same time. I tried to go to safe mode but the back button did not work. Any thoughts?????:aargh4::aargh4:

Try putting ur phone on the charger for bout 20 min

Yeah sound like your battery is bone dry.

I'll give it try for now if it does not come on I'll take back to verizon. The only thing about that is all my emails and texts.

Took it back and they could not get it to work, so they gave me another one...
