Thread: Recovering apps from Storm 1 on Storm 2

Those of you who downloaded apps through Mobihand (the company found through "online stores" tab here on ) should be able to re-download them without paying for them again simply by logging in and changing your device pin.

1. Go to the Mobihand site (click the tab at the top of this screen)
2. Sign in with your email and password
3. Go to the 'support' tab and click 'my account'
4. Find your PIN (right under 'my device')
5. Click 'change device ID'

You should then see new activation codes and a download button for all the apps you have previously purchased.

Of course I figured this out AFTER I bought berryweather AGAIN after already having it for the S1. Hopefully I just saved someone from spending extra cash on their favorite app they used to have on their S1! Or enlightened someone who missed them but didn't wanna buy them again!!

This may work with other app stores too, I don't know. Anyone figure out if this is possible on BB Appworld?

If you DID re-purchase an app, if you contact support and tell them you didn't know you could simply switch your device pin, they should give you a refund. They did that for me and berryweather.
