Thread: Locking apps on S2

I've noticed both Storm Slider and Pattern Lock, while that apps do work the screen does not become rigid while in use for me. Is there a way around this...I doubt it.

My concern is that means power is still going to the screen possibly causing battery drain?

I highly doubt its causing much power drain.. if you want to test it one day never lock your phone and the next lock it everytime its not in use and see what kind of a difference you get. I am betting almost NIL

Your probably right. I like the way the screen works while locked. For me I'm sticking to the original lock for now.
