Verizon mail in rebate - $100
Sell S1 to Cashforberry.com - $195

$16 profit? I'll be doing this if I can. It's a little bit of juggling money but it's worth it. Not only do I get a better phone, but I get a little money too.


Does anyone know if Verizon takes your S1 when you upgrade to the S2?

No they don't take the phone. The phone will b urs to keep. The only time they take ur phone is if ur exchanging it due to ur current S1 having some kind of problem. But then again, they don't give u the S2 if ur exchanging..lol so ur good

if they are sending it as a replacement yes.. basically if your S2 comes with an return shipping label yes you have to send it back

You can buy the Storm 2 cheaper then $279, Wal-mart has it for 149 in store and $79 for new contract and $89 for renewed contract, I could get my storm 2 for as cheap as $64 online brand new all I have to do is turn it on and activate it buy dialing *228 food for thought

Cash for Gold is legit. My gf used them to get rid of some white gold and yellow gold items. She got a check for 217.38 back from them about a week or two later. :-)

cashforberrys are giving $125 for the 9530 now...so i'm thinking about ordering the storm2 online and just put my 9530 on ebay or craigslist...

it was $195 but i guess they discovered the storm2 is out and the lowered the price to $125.

I got 165.00 on ebay for mine.

As soon as I can get the S2 mine will be going on Ebay.

the cash for gold may be legit but unless u know gold and know how many grams ounces u sending in to get that amount back

cashforberries or whatever they are were at $195 for S1 last week, then dropped to $150 a few days ago, then went to $125 today...

has anyone tried to order the storm2 online. i'm up for an upgrade dec 15 2009 according to the website but its letting me put a storm2 in the cart for purchase...i'm debating if i really want to go ahead and get this phone before the storm1 is worth nothing. does verizon normally let you order a month or so before upgrade? and has anyone else heard about this walmart deal for the storm2? $149? i do not see on walmart website. whats up with the rumored color storm2's blue and pink? when will they be available.
