I actually have a program that I make all my own ringtones...That would be the way to go because you can customize the ring tones and have whatever you want on there.

yeah, the website myxer.com will let you cut the exact part of the song that you want.Originally Posted by rabbie303

I 2nd Zedge. I found that the day I got my Storm, and couldn't BELIEVE all the great ringtones! As a person in my 30's, I can't stand most of the rings on the spyware laden websites.

I like to use GoldWave sound editor. Let's me capture sound my my sound card or play a file from my hard drive. And in there I can do all the editing I want to get the ringtone just as I want it.
It is really neat when I play a DVD on my computer and extract audio from what is playing. I made a ringtone from 300 for a buddy, and I have "borrowed" I don't know how many Star Wars and Stargate quotes...lol

There are some better programs for ur comp other than myxer...(you cant choose very well start and stop points) but personally i get most of my ringtones from tonzr.com very cool for vzw cause you can use with anyphone not just BB and send it as an mms so you can just save it without having to link to it

tuneusin and mytinyphone work well. *But a word of the wise* Watch out for any site that will charge you a monthly fee for downloading ringtones. It's usually $9.99 a month. I can't tell you how many people have these random charges on their bills.:angryfire: Not good. Read the fine print.:deal:

Sites to download ringtones must absolutely be free of any charges. I make use of reviews of several sites before I go for it cause I make to the point that they don't have hidden charges like what I experienced before.
Although there are lots there you must be careful...
