Thread: Ok, so who's waiting for BB10 keyboard device?

Me, for one. Just hope it doesn't take much longer of a wait after the touch device is launched

I think it may be a month to two months after we see the full touch device. We know based on recent statements from RIM that it for sure it will be available earlier than June of 2013.

I think April is most likely.

As much as I love my keyboards, the full touch looks to be an amazing handset and I've decided that I am going to learn how to use a virtual keyboard......at least until the N series comes out! Have a great day Tersammy and thanks for posting.

I'm personally getting the first device that's available to me. I need BB10, whether in keyboard or touchscreen form. It just so happens that the first device available will be touch only so that's what I'm gonna go with!

Yeah, I know what you mean about the first available. If Joe is right and it is April I may have to go full touch too. A buddy has a Torch and says he never uses the physical keys. We've waited so long I may also grab the newest available device. Yeah I will.

The new touchscreen keyboard on BlackBerry 10 I'm sure will keep those physical QWERTY users at bay until the N-Series comes around.

I'm getting the L series. Any info on the price range?
I'm thinking US$ 500 - 600 with no contract.

I will get me a X10. No matter the price. Hope not to look like as shown in the loeaked pics. But I need that physical qwerty so the looks won't kill me. The OS is a killer.

Well....I've had second thoughts. After being so excited about the Z10 and an all-touch device, the Q10 has started to really grow on me lately. I think my "rational" side has gotten me thinking about a real keyboard. I hammer out emails, texts and BBM's all day with my Bold 9930 with ease and grace. So the idea of having all the great BB10 features AND a qwerty physical keyboard.....very, very cool.

I guess I still have maybe 2 months to think about it, but for right now I just don't know which way I want to go! UGH!

I know what you mean, I actually love using my 9900. I just use it without thinking of what I am doing. Typing is a breeze and the mix of touch and qwerty is awesome. I have to wait until August to get one, so I am sure I will waffle back and forth many times until then. cheers and good luck with your decision.

Long time I have been waiting for the physical keyboard Q10, Looking forward to experience.

I think the Q10 may be your type of BB10 device. From what you said about the keyboard and loving your 9900. I like the full touch because of the larger screen, but I think I'll still get a Q10.

Can't wait!!! I've even held one and it just made me want one even more. The suspense is killing me.

Is there any news of the launch date for the Q10 in the UK yet? In GB we were the first to get the the Z10 along with Canada and I received mine on Zday+1 and I love it! I have splurged cash on accessories and I really rate the red flip case which is perfect apart from some method to keep the cover closed. The reason I ask about the Q10 is that my line management (wife) is due to upgrade her phone in mid-April and I think she would be happier with a Q10, she currently uses a 8520. She may have an Oxbridge degree and a brain the size of a planet but she also has a near zero interest in technology and the patience of an angry two year old on a sugar rush!

We should see the Q10 within the next couple months. Nothing confirmed yet as to what carrier or country will get it first.

I'm waiting in suspense for the Blackberry Q10 release ... Anyone know the US release date?
