Sometimes a specific app or game can cause performance issues with your BlackBerry Priv device. One way to solve this is by uninstalling the app or game to see if this addresses the issue.
Similar to using the Clear Data option, uninstalling an app or game will result in any local data associated with the app or game being permanently deleted from your device.
After verifying you have saved and recorded any important details of the app or game you need to uninstall, complete the following steps:
- Using two fingers, swipe down once from the top of the screen
- Tap the 'Gear Icon' followed by Apps
- Within Downloaded, tap on the app or game that may be causing stability issues
- Tap Uninstall followed by tapping OK
When the app or game has been uninstalled, reboot your device.
