Sometimes issues can arise while playing a specific app or game on your BlackBerry Priv, so you can try clearing the app or game cache to remove any temporary files that may have become corrupt.
Note: The “Clear Cache” option does not affect application data stored on your device.
- Using two fingers, swipe down once from the top of the screen
- Tap the 'gear icon' followed by Apps
- Within All, tap on the app or game that may be causing stability issues
- Tap Clear Cache
