    "Default app not found"

I want to download items from the internet to my playbook.
When I do, I get a "Download Complete" message
I click the "Download Complete" button to view my image in the file
A message pops up that says, "Default app not found".
    I tried re-downloading the image
I got a message, "The file _____already exists, please rename the file and click "SAVE" or click "CANCEL"
    Am I doing something wrong?
Is there some app I need to go find in BBworld...what do I need to do so that I can see the stuff I download?

All suggestions are welcome, I'd just like to fix the issue quickly, and without having to PURCHASE anything.
