    bb playbook charging problem

    can any 1 help me i got a new playbook when i plugd in charger its red light stable for 5sec after that it wont chagr .. wats prob in it .

    A few things...

    1. Make sure you are updated to the latest OS. Go to Options... Software Updates... then check for update.
    2. Hard reset your PlayBook by holding the power button till it turns off and back on again.
    3. Try a different charger.
