Well, my experience so far with this update is an incredibly fast battery drain. First day, did the update OTA and restarted twice just for good measure, left it in airplane mode and went out for a couple of hours, grabbed it to read and it had gone from 87percent down to 27 percent. HMM, I put it on the charger in airplane mode and let it charge to 100 percent, read a bit last night and turned it off at 86 or 87 percent and this morning it was back down to 26 and then 19 in a matter of 15 minutes. I will let it do a full recharge again,(turned off) and try again and then will do a factory reset and see if it makes a difference. First time I have had any battery issues, so will let you know.

Hmmm, interesting. I updated Wednesday night and ran all day yesterday and today bridged to my 9700 and I'm sitting at 37% right now. I think this update actually helped my battery. I do think its odd how some people have problems with updates and some don't. That has always baffled me how that happens. Hopefully yours will level out.

Yesterday, I did a full backup (just in case) and a couple of restarts, and put it in airplane mode at 8pm. This morning it has only decreased by 4percent. So,something, maybe one of my apps, was not playing nice and seems to be corrected. I have never paid attention to the battery life before, that's how good it has been. I am happy that I was able to sort it out.

Nothing special I can report on this update. Just a quick update, which is always nice.

My battery drain is settling down after a few restarts. The browser is quicker to load pages that were slow for me before, like hotmail. So it is a good little update that is appreciated. Cheers @GodinGal
