    Unhappy Syncing my playbook on pctt

    I have try many times to sync my pc to my playbook and it kept saying that my software Window xp needs upgrading,this message is coming from my pc.I wonder if this is true or my pc has a virus.

    Need more details. What are you trying to sync? Are you using the BlackBerry desktop software?

    Update what software? The PlayBook software? Desktop manager? Windows?
