Backup the PlayBook, reboot and try again. If that does not work do a factory reset and upgrade to the latest OS then restore your backup. In that order.Quote:

I did do that but my playbook still shows the same error, so what now? I read on the other forums they saying its a hardware problem that playbooks have, I'm so disappointed ryt now with this playbook
Did you reset the PlayBook to factory defaults? If you did then its time for an RMA.
