Hi still new to this forum and the playbook. Have installed the bar file for words with friends version 4.82 i believe. When i try to open the game is says needs permission to access internet exc all are checked. Click ok then it just goes away. Any help would be appreciated, really want to get this going on the playbook .

Hi Sharon, have you updated your PlayBook to OS 2.1 yet? I have the app working on my Dev Alpha device no problem. Make sure your Wifi is connected as well.
I just loaded the app on my PlayBook and I'm having no issues running it. Like I said, make sure you are updated to the latest OS on your PlayBook and also make sure that Wifi is connected.

You may also want to try connecting via Facebook from within the app.
OK latest software is installed and no option to connect via facebook as the app doesnt get that far before it closes. Still have an older version (that also didnt work) installed. How can i uninstall these apps? Perhaps reinstalling just the one app will work??
Can you please provide the link you used for the latest WWF app installed on your playbook? My version is outdated and I cannot locate a version that work (I am using the 2.1 OS). Thanks!!Quote:
