Thread: unable to bridge playbook with my blackberry. pin 33143FC8

I have blackberry bridge 2.1 installed on my blod 9930 and runing OS 1.0 on my playbook. Please I need help on how to bridge both because it dosnt seem too work.

First, update your Playbook OS, then try to bridge again.

As mentioned before please update your PlayBook to the latest version. You can update your PlayBook by performing the following steps:

To check for a software update on the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, please complete the following steps:

1. From the homescreen on the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, touch the Gear icon in the upper right corner
2. Touch Software Updates
3. Touch Check for Updates
4. If a software update is available, touch Download to start downloading the update
5. After the download is complete, touch Install to install the update

Another method to perform software update on the BlackBerry PlayBook is by connecting it to a PC with BlackBerry Desktop Software.

1. Connect the BlackBerry PlayBook to a PC via micro USB cable.
2. Launch BlackBerry Desktop Software
3. If a new software is available, a pop-up will appear with the option to perform the update.
