Thread: What is the deal with all the Playbook listed on ebay all of a sudden!!!!?

Listed as "blackberry playbook as is" and "blackberry playbook broken"....jeeeeeeseee. Some are minor faults that can be fixed... But then there's some that look to have been shelled out or gutted.. Wtf?

If you look at all categories of tablets its pretty much the same in my opinion.

...and have never know exactly what your gonna get until ( or if ) u get it..lol

I certainly agree with that. I know a number of people burned on ebay purchases. Also a lot with no problems at all though

There are people that make a living off buying the defects, fixing them up a bit, and then reselling them.

I know.. I'm married to one of thosebguys..lol. Except he's got a wide range of things from old compaq laptops from late 90s...on up to some hot HTC devices.. He's a tinkered...so he's always soldering something for someone.. Lol. I shit u not....we have old atari motherboards from those 80s game consoles (the real big statistics..ones like you'd see in a pizza parlor) hanging on our living room wall.... And technic 1200 turntable prices are mounted as artwork...lmao... So I think I will be buying a bunch ofbblackberry hardware...so I can mock him and his relics....and hang them up in my kitchen... I've scored three playbooks off eBay this last week and they are all great so far. Loving these playbooks and loving these forums thanks for all the great information here!!

To be honest I believe a few people probably sold PB on ebay to get kindle HD or Nexus 7. Other might have (Wishful thinking) upgraded to a bigger model and sold off smaller.

That's what i was thinking also lex..Plus the support for it in general is killing people that bought them..It's the android world..But most don't do any type of research on products to get the fullest potential out of what they buy...Go figure...lol...
