Hi
I have transferred two downloaded books to my playbook. When connected to my laptop my playbook shows the 2 books are there, however when I unplug the playbook I cannot find them. No Book icon. Could you advise where I would find these.
Also will Calibre run on playbook, if so I could download this to my playbook and transfer my books and read via this.

I believe it only works for transferring books to your PlayBook. The PlayBook does not have a native app that will open certain book files, and Kobo only works with certain file types as well. One option you have is to sideload a third party e-reader like Aldiko that will do the job.

Hi Ice... thankyou for your comment... I have downloaded from your link.. converted to bar file and installed however when I open I get a message.... Sorry The application Aldiko has stopped unexpectedly....... Will not go any further any ideas...

I have tried Moon plus reader but this will not recognise any book I have transferred to my playbook.............

Book Reader for Epub is my reader of choice. Excellent support from Igor the developer. Recommended!
