Thread: Will the os2.1 update not work on PB 16gig....? Nothing has changed!!

I even wiped my device...to try and do a clean install. Only thing different is the blue high lighting for the keyboard..... RIM has Failed me!!!!!! And aalll I been doing is bragging about pb ...

If someone knows anything please help...or where can I go..or what # do I call to get this fixed?

I found an error within the video chat. I swiped to video chat settings and selected help...i got some codes should not be seeing. took a screen shot... How do i report ot to rim?

A great way to report stuff to RIM is by sending a picture tweet to their developer Twitter account @BlackBerryDev.
