im planning to get a postpaid 9320, which offers a wifi hot spot capable, would it be a wise buy, if I will only go with the 1st gen PB?

I've used both the WiFi-only & 4G PlayBook. There isn't much difference in speed between both devices & battery on 4G PlayBook dies much more quickly when LTE is used.
