You can try the following:
Step 1: Open the Calendar App
Step 2: Select Menu Key, then Options
Step 3: Type in the letters acsz
Froim there you should be able to adjust the snooze settings.

or, open calendar app, swipe down from top and open settings, display & actions, and 4th line down is Reminder snooze and then you can change the minutes. That is for the playbook. :)
