Thread: Blackberry Playbook Screen not Sensitive and Seizing

i just got a new ^$ gb playbook ,after the first setup and upgrade, my screen seems to respond very slow....comparing to my other playbook and my friends' that moves very sleeky it doesnt move fast when i navigate throught te app,it even freeze at times ....and when i type i have to press the screen so hard for the keys to appear sometimes i have press more than twice and it feels like the device is seizing...please i really need help...

I would take it back to where you purchased it and exchange it. You could try and wipe it and see if that clears it up..

thanks ...but i did the wipe but no difference ...a friend helped me purchase if from new york,USA ...its really a big problem returning it ...phew!
