    PlayBook Update Issue Confirmed By RIM



    With the newly released PlayBook Update 2.0.1.358 many bugs were fixed which brought a huge sigh of relief to us that love our PlayBooks. However, some users have reported that their auto-text function when enabled under the BlackBerry Bridge didn't work. Research In Motion has confirmed that this problem does exist within the new PlayBook update and will be addressed in a soon to be released BlackBerry Bridge update.

    We will keep updated to when the Bridge update comes out to repair the bug.

    I don't know if anyone is experiencing this, my app world on my upgraded 2.0.1.358 playbook has refused to connect for the past three days five days now. Kindly let me know of there is any problem with the app world. And if any one have a solution kindly let me know too.

    I have rebooted my playbook several times but yet the app world refuses to connect

    I've heard of this issue in the past. One solution was to change the language on the tablet.

    It may just be a RIM related problem on their end. Have you seen if anyone else in your area is having the same issue?

    Reboot your playbook once and also clear the cache.

    I had similar problem once, but once I cleared cache and rebooted my device, i did not face it again.

    Thanks for the tip, however, this particular issue was a problem on the RIM that they verified with the community. It was resolved pretty quickly.
