Thread: Unable to charge while powered on

I recently began getting the following error while trying to charge my playbook "unable to charge battery with connected source". It does however charge while powered off but at a much slower rate. Can someone help me with this issue.

Have you restarted your PB and tried again? Are you able to possibly get another charger and see if it does the same thing? How old is your PB? Sounds like your charger may be acting up possibly

What is your connected source?

I can bet it's not the wall outlet.
