Thread: Bridge Mail

after updating to OS 2 i have not been able to view my mail over bridge, all i get is a notification that i have mail, when i press on the icon on my playbook to open it, i get a blinking white and black screen!! and i end up having to pull out ma 4ne from ma pocket to view the mail!!

any help will be appreciated.

The obvious first question is have you updated the bridge app on your phone?

Also, try and reboot your PlayBook.

yep, i have updated my bridge on my phone to the latest v2, and furthermore, i tried switching devices to my other blackberry phone that i updated as well, same story, i have rebooted countless times!! but at the end of the day i still get the flashing screen wheneva i try to check my mail over bridge folder.

Have you disabled and deleted the device pairing on both your PlayBook and Phone, then reboot both and then reconnect them? Worth a shot.
