Thread: Bridge bbm

I hope someone can help me...
Ever since I updated my Playbook to OS2,my bridge bbm stopped working. I have done everything except wiping my phone to fix the problem,but nothing seems to work.
Is there anyone with advice for me please?

I've updated the bridge and bbm on my phone and still the problem persists...I've deleted bridge and reinstalled it also

You may have to backup and wipe your PlayBook. Have you tried that?

You say the BBM Bridge feature is not working after you updated to OS2.0, right.

I had the same issue myself, and solved it by removing the PlayBook on my BlackBerry device, and removed my BlackBerry device from my PlayBook, and even went as far as rebooting the PlayBook, but that's me.

I went into Networks and Connections, scrolled down to BlackBerry Bridge, and below where it says Add New Tablet, I removed it.

On the BlackBerry PlayBook, go to the Bluetooth tab, under Paired Devices, remove it.

Start the Bridge Bluetooth pairing process all over again to connect the BlackBerry device to the BlackBerry PlayBook.
