When user's updated the BlackBerry Bridge App v2.0.0.25 on their BlackBerry devices, the BlackBerry Bridge browser on the PlayBook has been removed (it used to be located between Contacts and Calendar).
i removed the bridge i had, re downloaded another 1 specifically for os 6, but nooope, no bridge browser!!

What exacty do you mean with that last post? I tried to use the bridge browser as I used to and it doesn't work like that anymore. I know that you now use the "view on playbook" option but when not connected to wifi this does not work. Is it just me or what?
I just updated the Blackberry Bridge app today on my 9330 and yes, the bridge browser is gone but the regular browser now works without wifi so it's not necessary anymore. Try connecting your bridge, and then get on your regular browser. RIM should have brought this to our attention.
