Hi, it gives me 3 options which are
Canada (English)
Canada (French)
United States (English)
It does not let me select any of them, therefore not displaying the bb I'd agreement.....
I can't do anything
I just tried that, not working.
Could it be related to the fact that I am connected to my business's wi-fi which does not have full Internet access?
The language selection should have nothing to do with the internet connection, however to rule that out are you able to take the device somewhere else to activate it?
No, don't have any other wi-fi to connect to, however I will get my IT guy to give me access to the Internet and see if that works. If not I will be asking for more suggestions.... Thanks fo ur help
Yes I think you may need to have some sort of an internet connection. The PlayBook has to connect to the internet to query the country agreement based on the country you choose.
Hi, I have the exact same error where the drop-down list for the country is blank.
The wi-fi is fine, I can connect on my computer.
resolved now. reconnected to wifi and it's okay :-)
