Thread: PlayBook OS 2.0 and device relaunch?

So rumor has it that there may be a big change in the PlayBook OS.

We know that T.A.T. and YouI have been working together on a UI for the BlackBerry QNX SuperPhone, now word has come out about OS 2.0 and the fact that there may be some nice UI improvements.

I for one am all for that, anything to improve upon one of the best tablets that i have used would be awesome! If the rumor is true then we are left wondering if it will come out next month or just before Devcon (October)?

Hopefully next month as we haven't seen a update lately. They may be holding off until this major update. 2.0 will be the update when the Android Player becomes available. Also most likely will be native app support for email, bbm, ect. As far as UI, I'm interested in what they may come up with. I like the UI now, be nice to see it improve.
