Why it is so difficult to understand what to do and they have not any valid customer care? I do not want to bear you but today, taking a look to the market, it seems to have a Ferrari and no driving licence. Maybe I have not understood well the situation, I would like to buy a playbook, information is poor, mainly are sold by phone operators that are without any customer care about and, if you have troubles is hard to get assistance by RIM....
