Much about the upcoming BlackBerry PlayBook is unknown, but one thing we can confirm for you is this: There will be some type of integrated Desktop Manager PlayBook and part of it will be called "Media Sync." Luckily for BlackBerry device users, the experience of the PlayBook's Desktop Manager looks strikingly similar to the one you are used to.
In fact, here are a few other little surprises to take note of:
- You can use the PlayBook while synching
- No word on wireless sync which is what I am waiting for
- Sync will be for Music, Pictures, and Video
- The PlayBook automatically checks for duplicates which is nice for music
- The PlayBook calculates available space in real time
