well thanks for posting about the release of this playbook OS, I am too intended to try this new version and expecting as the prior one it will also stand good on my expectation... but heard first time about the new app world to be released.

im in kenya...

After the install of 2.1 my camera stopped working. I did a back up, a swipe and reinstall of the OS and still my camera does not work. Funny thing is the video chat function does. I get the error.4003 camera when I try to use the camera and a total black screen when i am in the app. Any ideas?

I would think RIM is aware of all these issues and is surely working on something but I've yet to read anything about it.

I just got my PlayBook 3G 32GB verzion, OS version 2.0.1.... How can I update to 2.1?
In Settings>Software updates tells me that I use lastest version of OS.

In that case their is no update available for your playbook or it is not compatible with the latest software version. I' suggest you to talk to BB's customer care or take it their service center. Maybe they have some answers regarding the update.

I've run through all blackberry web site and there is no charge free customer care service, also here in Macedonia BB dont have service center. Maybe the best way to get 2.1 is to flach one, but also I cant find ROM 2.1 to download and tutorial how to flash it.

Pls help if know how.
