When connecting to the computer with the USB, an error message now appears stating that the device can not be charged. Never had this problem with either Linux OS or Windows 7 prior to this update.

Same here...No charge when usb is attached to the desktop..Seems to run a little smoother...Work in progress I guess...Quote:

yes, running 2.1.0.840. All seems to run well. Some small problems that I've seen. One I noticed today is the notifications for updates to apps. Every once in a while there is a notification pop up on the top left hand side of the screen. And then sometimes there is nothing, but when I go into App World, there is a red start next to MyWorld, but no notification on the left side of the screen.Quote:

This beta seems to have been out for some time without any further updates. Is RIM just concentrating on BB10 now?
