BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0.0.6149 Developer Beta Now Available
The BlackBerry PlayBook developer beta OS 2.0 has been updated once again. This time its version 2.0.0.6149. As of right now there is no change log, but users have been reporting the following
changes and enhancements:
- improved browser speed,beating all tablet browsers including iOS 5
- implemented A2DP (Headsets, audio devices)
- updated App World, now includes swipe-down menu bar that enables Help & Payment Options
- upgrades for Bridge connection
- undefined Media enhancements
- LED notifications, has a new setting called Sounds & Notifications
The browser seems to be the biggest improvement as it scored very high on the HTML 5 tests.
