Another Blackberry Playbook released yesterday, which is the third OS update so far. This time, RIM bumped up the OS to 1.0.1.1705.
Playbook owners can update their OS by either OTA download or via Desktop Manager.

It doesn't seem to come up when you use the "Check for Updates" function under the PB settings tab.
Its only for certain regions just like the last update. I have not got that one yet either.
Crackberry.com has instructions on how to get it. I was able to install it following their instructions.
