Thread: Cant go to hotmail.com with wifi

I keep getting this message right after i put in my email and password



I turned off the mobile network, since i dont have a data plan (and rogers keeps charging me for wifi)



And this is how i was told to set my preferences
but then it turns off the wifi



So i turned it back on... and the wifi came back





And i got this message again




I am trying to follow a link for the new free theme from Elicite in my mail box... Please please please tell me what im doing wrong

Have you tried copy the link and then paste in the address bar of the hotspot browser?

i cant copy it because i cant get to my email... but im gunna try typing it out. Cross your fingers for me

IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It took a long time to spell it out... until i realized that i should enable multitap

But i guess that means i cant go on hotmail with wifi?

It may have just been the MS redirect server was extremely busy (or the actual server you were trying to download from) and the script simply timed out. You could always try it again at a different time.

And i've found MultiTap to be the most efficient way of typing on the Flip. I am almost as fast on the Pearl's version of multitap as I am on full QWERTY (if not faster).

Thats good news!!
I thought it had something to do with another message i got... something like "this site is not designed for your phone, and some things might not work"
Something like that... but in internet talk lol

Efficient, yes. But i always thought it was cool how BB's learn your most frequently used words. Ya its a smartphone, But a smartphone that can learn is even cooler!!
