    Try to reset the BlackBerry device by removing the battery while the device is still powered-on.

    Leave the battery out for a minute or 2.

    I would also suggest, if possible, check below for the latest OS4.6.0.305, and from what I see in your profile, your using a BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220, which has Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP.

    Regarding the Bluetooth feature, to transfer a file via Bluetooth, both devices need to be paired with each other, the file itself needs to be a compressed (zipped and complete),
