no....you can fill out a form and send in the form and your device to Verizon and they MAY allow you to use it on their network

Well I'm majorly confused here. You posted in the pearl flip section, but your post says you have an 8320? And neither Verizon or USC have the 8320. They have the 8330. But those are Curve models, not the Pearl Flip. What device are you asking about?Originally Posted by allentb

the 8320 is a gsm version of the curve and not compatible with vzw or uscel, as sunkast said. So no, if it was an 8330 then yes it could very easily be used on vzw. let me know if that answers the question.. i think sunkast may have said this but i didnt catch it til half way through

and this is not true at all.. you may be confused with spring but most CDMA phones are compatible with vzw.

then yes you should have no problem getting it working on vzw if you need help let some one know in the vzw section you will see a stickied thread that you can ask inwe will get you set up
