Thread: How to do an hybrid?

Hi, Can I do an Hybrid to BB 8220?? Its possible? How can I do..?

I see in mt Storm how the masters do an Hybrids when put 5.00.100 files into 4.7 OS.....this are possible in the 4.6 OS???

If I remember correctly, part of it is modifying the SFI file for the OS. BBCrackman would be the guy to ask about hybrids.

Hybrids are possible for any BB, but should only be attempted by pros like BBCrackman, Lyricadal, etc Currently there are hybrid OSs mainly for the Storm and for the 83XX series. Lyricadal even wrote a program that can be used to create your own hybrid, but really it is something better left to those who know what they are doing. ANY OS update can brick your BB, but hybrids even more so. Of course it's not THAT difficult to revive a bricked BB.
