Thread: Please help solve my problem... My BB Pearl 9105

BB Desktop did not offer a update for OS 6, so i have used BBSAK(Blackberry Swiss Army Knife) backed up my apps and by mistake i wiped my entire phone now it wont update and the phone stills connects to my pc but on the screen of my BB it says Reload Software:507 during the loading of the loading of the blackberry start up screen

What should i do in order to fix this problem and update OS 6

Please remove any previous OS version you may have installed. Disconnect your blackberry from your computer and restart.
