    Service Pack 1 for BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0 Released!!!!

    just found this over at crackberry and can't see where anyone has posted this on yet.... maybe it will fix peoples problems tethering their phones using vzw software

    How do I get the update inside the D/M link? Is it a file or can it be accessed from the D/M panel?

    Yup! My DM never detected a software update. I downloaded and installed from the link. FYI the install took forever and requires a PC reboot.

    both of the links seem to not work. Clicking on either link in IE gave me a message stating.....

    This install/update has been pushed to the Desktop Manager. Just open up BBDM and click on Check updates and it'll pop up. *No you don't need to connect the phone, and yes the installation process does take a while.*

    Ur welcome horseshoe. Usually is really quick with replies, sorry someone didn't get back to sooner.

    So I updated and now I have an option for IP Modem. Anyone try this yet? I'm on a desktop so I didn't even bother to try it out.
