    both of the links seem to not work. Clicking on either link in IE gave me a message stating.....

    How do you install this service pack? do you have to uninstall DM and install this or do you install this on top of DM?

    This install/update has been pushed to the Desktop Manager. Just open up BBDM and click on Check updates and it'll pop up. *No you don't need to connect the phone, and yes the installation process does take a while.*
