Do you get some type of Windows Error message or something when attempting to use the Apploader.exe?

I would suggest uninstalling DM as well as all Blackberry related software from your computer (minus the back-up save files) and then attempt a re-install. I have herd of this issue happening to others, and this was the method used to resolve the issue. They also used a Registry Edit program to sift there registry for bad links to the original installation so that it was "truly wiped" from there PC.

Try reinstalling DM. 4.7 has some known bugs.

Nope. Just a bit tired is all. Was a real question when I asked it and before I noticed that post count might have contributed to the fact that we can't edit a post yet.

Agreed,

Everything has been gradual steps (.65,75,76,83,85,86,90,93,95,99,103,106,109,114 then the mysterious 113 for the step backwards which was actually forwards) so to see us go from .114 to .146 would be taking a huge jump (.12X,13X,Mid way into .14X).

Trying to be optimistic though!
