i personally think is embarrassing that the LG DARE is quite primitive compared to the storm (in regards capabilities) and yet the scrolling on the dare is standard. and the DARE came out before the storm.
    Baby you spaguetti?

RIM should be shame about this vids ! honestly I am so tired when scrolling my storm address book ! they should do some in the next OS for storm and I think it's just a very simple request from the buyers ........anyone agree .......

There is speculation that Storm 2 will have flick scrolling out of the box. However, these are only speculations and still to this date have not see any pics or videos to verify those claims.

But that being said, at least BellShare decided to pick up to make a lot of consumers happy.

I'm sorry if this has been asked countless times but is there an update to the release?

Not yet. Will update everyone as BellShare gets a little farther along in the process.

I'm a mod for Bellshare. If you will go to the Bellshare Forum and request to join the Beta Tester's group, it will open up the Tester's Forum. It's still in a closed alpha. Once it goes beta, you'll just need to follow the instructions posted. The developer will want as much feedback as he can get. He's very good at taking all suggestions into consideration. And really does try to incorporate them either in the initial release or in future updates if it will take longer.

Hopefully since there aren't many bugs with it, it might go straight from the Alpha to release.

I owned a dare before the storm, and its not half as good. Thats an understatement, hell its not 1/10th as good as the storm. I would trade push email/full browser/all the other apps the storm has that the dare doesnt for flick scrolling anyday. Also keep in mind that the dare will basically stay that way forever, and the storm's release was premature due to the money hungry bastards at verizon. Either way, i would never go back to the dare. this is my first BB and ill never go back. Kinda makes me sad to hear people preach about lame dumbphones like the dare because it sucks.

PS. I dont mean to rag on you but your post made the storm sound like a two bit POS which it is most definitely not. Good phone yes, but still doesnt compare to the storm even if it had mind-control scrolling. I rest my case.
