    Want to give RIM some feedback? Well they just launched a new research program that will give you that chance. Taken off of their site :

    Research In Motion (RIM) is dedicated to the ongoing development and support of our products and services, such as BlackBerry® smartphones.

    Your opinions, comments and feedback are valuable tools in helping RIM continue to offer exceptional wireless products and services.

    RIM has launched a new research program and would like to invite you to become a member. By clicking on the sign up button below, you will be taken to a registration survey. The questions in the survey will help us understand and incorporate your feedback by getting to know you better. All of your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. Research results will only ever be reported in aggregate.

    The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete and is hosted by Vision Critical, a highly respected marketing research firm contracted by RIM.

    As a member of the Market Research @ RIM program, you may be asked to complete a survey once or twice a month or occasionally contacted via email with other opportunities to share your opinion and insight.

    In essence they do not really know what goes on with their users. I think they will be shocked as to what goes on in South Africa !
